Greetings.
I am a man in a suit who has fallen into the world of Minecraft.
Last time, I visited the Nether for the first time in OjiCra.
I went there to gather materials that could only be found in the Nether.
But only a few seconds from the portal, I found something much bigger.
A Nether fortress.
Even in memories from another life, I had never managed to find one properly.
And now I had found one almost immediately.
Lucky, yes.
Also terrifying.
My First Nether Fortress
I saw a Nether fortress for the first time.
I had expected to prepare better equipment, wander around the Nether, and search for a long time.
Instead, it was sitting almost beside the first portal I had ever made.

Seeing it in person made me excited.
The red, dark structure looked dangerous, but it also looked like adventure.
So I went down toward it.
Stepping Inside, Very Carefully
I looked for a place where I could enter the fortress.
Eventually, I found an opening that led into a corridor.
And yes, it was frightening.

The whole place was made of Nether brick, with a heavy and ominous feeling.
Nether fortresses are wide and easy to get lost in, so I placed torches on the same side as I moved forward.
Soon after entering, I found a wither skeleton.
I fought desperately, thinking that monsters in the Nether really were strong.
Then, while swinging my weapon, I accidentally hit a zombie pigman.
That was the spark.
Suddenly, many zombie pigmen came after me.

I managed to hide for a while and survive.
But I learned something very important.
The scariest thing in the Nether may be angering zombie pigmen.
I would like to remain friends with them, if possible.
Treasure Chests in the Fortress
After that, I almost went home because my heart was tired.
But I encouraged myself and went farther inside.
Then I found a chest.

In this fortress, I found five chests in total.
They contained gold ingots, a saddle, gold horse armor, diamonds, and other valuable items.
That made me very happy.

The fortress also had stairs, and it went up to a third floor.
I walked to the end of each passage, placing torches so I would know where I had been.

Finding the Blaze Spawner on the Third Floor
Along the way, I collected Nether wart and soul sand.
Some corridors opened to the outside, and I had to shoot down ghasts with a bow as I moved.
Then something hit me from behind.
When I turned around, it was a zombie pigman.
Apparently, one of the fellows who was still angry had found me.
I defeated it somehow, but my helmet broke.
Zombie pigmen are too scary.
Far too scary.

I checked carefully for more angry pigmen and kept going.
At the end of a passage, I saw blazes flying.
I approached slowly.
And there it was.

A blaze spawner.
I quickly blocked it with netherrack so the blazes would not come out easily.
Blazes throw fireballs, and several at once can become very troublesome.

Finding this blaze spawner was enough for this Nether fortress trip.
The fortress was frightening from beginning to end, especially because of the zombie pigmen, but the treasure chests and blaze spawner made the result very good.
Next time I come here, maybe I can try using those blazes for experience.

That is all for this time.
Greetings.
