After fighting that hard, walking away without opening it was still frustrating.

Returning to the Trial with Another Ominous Bottle
I prepare my gear in the village and pick up an Ominous Bottle.
Last time, I could not obtain the key.
This time, I want to open that Vault.
With that thought in mind, I return to the Trial Chamber.
First, I drink the Ominous Bottle in the desert away from the village.
The preparations are complete.
Drinking the bottle only takes a moment, but thinking about the fight ahead makes me nervous.
When I return to the Trial Chamber and approach the Trial Spawner…
It glows pale cyan, and the Ominous Trial begins.
Just as before, that color alone is enough to make me uneasy.
Through the Arrows, the Key Finally Appears
As soon as the enemies appear, arrows begin flying everywhere.
I raise my shield and swing my sword whenever I find an opening.
Arrows stick into the walls and floor, and every hit chips away at my health.

Somehow, I make it through the fight. When I look beside the spawner…

A small key is floating right beside the spawner.
It is the Ominous Trial Key that I could not find anywhere last time.
At last, I have it…!
However, I have not achieved my goal yet.
I still need to carry this key safely to the Ominous Vault.
A Heavy Core from the Ominous Vault
With the key in hand, I head deeper into the Trial Chamber.
Then I arrive in front of the Ominous Vault.
Last time, all I could do was stare at it.
This time, I have the key.
I use it on the Vault…
It opens!
Rewards burst out of the Vault.
I quickly pick them up and open my inventory…
This is a Heavy Core!
Along with some emeralds, I found the item I had been searching for.
It seems that opening an Ominous Vault does not mean a Heavy Core will appear every time.
That makes finding one feel even better.
Instead of pushing farther into the chamber, I head back to the village with the precious item in hand.
I am back in the familiar village.
There is no mistaking the Heavy Core in my hand.
The Breeze Rods I brought home in Episode 29 are already stored in the village.
Now I have all the materials needed to craft a Mace.
Last time, no key appeared, and I had no choice but to leave the Vault behind.
I refused to give up and came back. This time, I obtained both the key and the Heavy Core.
Next time, I will finally make a Mace!
