Greetings.
I am a man in a suit who has fallen into the world of Minecraft.

Lately, OjiCra has been taking place inside a mineshaft.

The mineshaft I found was enormous, so I have been staying there and exploring it thoroughly.

I have been enjoying mineshaft exploration by looking for minecart chests and other things that are unique to the place.

This time, I will look for another mineshaft feature: the monster spawners that produce cave spiders.

I do not have much reason to keep cave spider spawners active, so I will destroy them and collect the spawner blocks.

Blowing Up Cave Spider Spawners and Collecting Them

Last time, I searched for minecart chests, one of the treasures unique to mineshafts.

I found 35 of them in total, and I have been feeling more and more that mineshafts are fascinating places.

This time, I will search for the spawners that produce cave spiders.

Monster spawners are usually said to be impossible to collect, but in this Minecraft PE world, blowing them up can turn them into items.

A spawner block prepared with TNT for collection

That said, monster spawners are rare.
If I find a zombie spawner or skeleton spawner, I do not really want to destroy it.

So this time, I decided to blow up cave spider spawners whenever I found them, since I did not plan to keep those.

Searching the Mineshaft for Cave Spider Spawners

With that decided, the mineshaft exploration begins.

Places with cave spider spawners usually have many cobwebs, so they are relatively easy to notice.

When I find one, I place TNT nearby and set it off.

By doing this, I can get a spawner block.

The one I can collect is only the empty outside part.
In other words, if I place this spawner block somewhere else, monsters will not spawn from it.

It might work as a decorative block, perhaps like a birdcage.

Someday, I would like to build something using spawner blocks.

Explosion After Explosion, for Eight Spawner Blocks

This mineshaft is huge, so I decided to search every corner for cave spider spawners.

Wearing diamond armor before coming here was the right choice.
Cave spiders can poison me when they attack, and they often come in groups, so they are dangerous opponents.

Soon after I started searching again, I heard that spider-like sound.

The second cave spider spawner.

Time to blow it up.

After that, I kept finding them.

And each time, I blew them up.

Another one appeared.

TNT placed directly among thick cobwebs near a spawner

Boom.

I kept moving through the mineshaft, searching the dark corners.

After exploring the mineshaft from end to end, I found eight cave spider spawners in total.

I destroyed all of them and collected eight precious spawner blocks.

Well then.
Mineshafts really are interesting.

That is all for this time.
Greetings.
