In the previous episode, I gathered ten Allays in a safe room at the woodland mansion.
This time, I go back to bring them to the castle town.
The mansion is about 3,700 blocks away.
So I decide to open a long road through the Nether underground.
Opening a Nether road from the castle town
I step into the castle-town portal at last.
Having an entrance for a long journey already makes my heart beat a little faster.
On the Nether side, a Zombified Piglin is there to greet me right away.
I head underground so I do not lose the route.
I keep digging through the red Nether stone toward the mansion side.
The underground Nether road I open this time measures 472 blocks.
I build and light a portal on the mansion side as well.
With both entrances connected, the distant forest can become a walking route.
Beyond the portal, the mansion’s presence appears in the rainy forest.
Now I can head for the room where the Allays are waiting.
Preparing the route back from the mansion
I make the mansion-side passage easy to walk through as well.
It is quiet work, but it matters when I think about the journey home.
Inside the mansion room, an Allay flies beside a chest.
They are waiting, so I keep preparing without rushing.
Once the portal is lit in the room, the road home is right in front of us.
I arrange the area around the entrance so the Allays can gather safely.
I add torches along the Nether road.
By the time it is ready, 90 torches light the long route.
I add light to the mansion-side room too.
Before leaving, I look over the place where everyone can gather once more.
On the castle-town side, I also build a 25-step spiral stair.
Now I can walk between the surface and the road on my own feet.
Bringing ten Allays to the castle town
I give cooked beef to all ten Allays.
The little blue companions are ready to travel the road with me.
After each short section of the road, I wait until all ten are together again.
The 472-block route is long, but walking it together a little at a time gets us through.
Leaving the Nether-side reception behind, I make for the castle-town shelter.
I cannot relax until everyone arrives together.
The Allays enter the castle-town shelter!
It is an enclosed, well-lit room, so it looks like they can rest here safely.
At last, all ten Allays are together in the castle-town shelter.
It is a long move along the Nether road, but everyone arrives safely!
Next time, I would like to think about a real home where the Allays can live.
