Greetings.
I am a man in a suit who has fallen into the world of Minecraft.
Cave exploration is one of my hobbies in the world of Minecraft.
I have gone into caves many times to mine ores and look around, but I had one particular goal in mind.
I wanted to find a mineshaft.
From what I had heard, mineshafts contain treasure, and there are creatures there that do not appear in ordinary caves.
If there is something unknown, I want to experience it.
With that thought, I kept exploring caves, but I could not find one.
Then, the other day, I finally found a mineshaft.
I returned to base once, prepared my equipment, and set out for the mineshaft properly.
Meeting the Mineshaft I Had Been Looking For
Was a mineshaft really this hard to find?
Since cave exploration is my hobby, I thought I would run into one fairly early.
That idea was a little too optimistic.

When I finally found one, I was very happy.
At the same time, I had heard that mineshafts are dangerous, so I calmed down and returned to base to prepare.
Last time, I enchanted a full set of diamond armor.
This entrance, about a three-minute run from the village, leads to the cave where the mineshaft is.

I placed torches along the way, so reaching the mineshaft itself is not difficult.
This is the first mineshaft in OjiCra.
I cannot help looking forward to what kind of place it will be.
My First Mineshaft… Wait, Is It This Big?
This is the entrance to the mineshaft I found.

Perhaps because it is deep underground, there is water and lava both inside and around the mineshaft.
If I am careless, I could dive straight into lava.
When I see lava, I block it off with torches, or if there is a large area, I turn it into obsidian with water.
Water can also push me around, and that can easily lead into lava, so I stop the water as I move forward.

I light the area with torches as I go, but before the torches are placed, it is properly dark.
That darkness makes it feel as if anything could appear.

At one point, I saw ore in the dark and tried mining it.
Then lava came pouring down.

There was another moment when gravel fell everywhere after I placed a torch, nearly burying me.
Mineshafts are frightening.
There is lava everywhere.
The first job of this mineshaft exploration became stopping lava.

After all, I had just prepared a full set of diamond armor.
I do not want to lose everything.
After exploring for a while, I realized that this mineshaft is very wide.
The corridors do not simply continue in one straight line.
They break off, connect again, and spread to upper and lower levels.

Each area is too large to finish casually.
For now, I placed a chest around the center of the mineshaft area as a temporary base.

From here, I will explore the mineshaft and collect treasure, ores, rails, and whatever else I can find.
At the beginning, I did not think I would end up living inside the mineshaft for a while, unable to see the sun.
It was that large.
In the end, even four large chests at this temporary base were not enough.
That is all for this time.
Greetings.
