I am a man in a suit who has fallen into the world of Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
After building several automatic farms around the base, I wanted to make village life even more useful. This time, I am searching for librarians with valuable enchanted-book trades.
I was finally ready to improve my equipment and begin trading seriously.
The search took a long time, but eventually I found three Mending librarians, along with villagers offering Efficiency V, Unbreaking III, Silk Touch, and several other valuable enchantments.
Searching for valuable librarian trades
Last time, I built a slime farm below the village and began collecting slimeballs.
The village population had grown, so I began looking among the unemployed villagers for new librarians.
Mending, Efficiency V, Unbreaking III, and Silk Touch
The base had improved steadily, and now I wanted stronger tools and equipment for future adventures.
I placed an unemployed villager in a boat and set a lectern nearby, turning him into a librarian whose trades I could inspect.
The area became crowded, and while trying to reorganize it, I accidentally struck a villager. The iron golem promptly killed me. I must be more careful when placing lecterns near everyone.
After recovering from that embarrassment, I returned to placing lecterns and checking the new librarians.
I kept changing the available librarian and examining the trades until a book I wanted appeared. It did not happen quickly.
Mending and Silk Touch were my main targets, but when a useful trade such as Power IV appeared, I kept that librarian too.
Then Efficiency V appeared. After making a trade so the profession would remain, I moved the librarian into a simple shop.
More than an hour passed without Mending or Silk Touch. This was not going to be easy.
After roughly an hour and a half, Mending finally appeared.
That took a long time. Silk Touch was still missing, so I continued.
And then another Mending trade appeared almost immediately.
Then came a third, this time for only ten emeralds. The first one had taken forever, but after that they seemed to arrive one after another.
Around two hours after starting, Silk Touch finally appeared. The search was complete.
In the end, I had three Mending trades, plus Silk Touch, Infinity, Fortune III, Protection III, Looting III, Efficiency V, and Unbreaking III.
My tools and equipment could finally become much stronger. Future adventures should be easier now.
