Greetings.
I am a man in a suit who has fallen into the world of Minecraft.
Last time, I found five pieces of Ancient Debris with bed explosions.
Since then, I have kept digging through the Nether tunnels.
At last, I have thirty-six pieces of Ancient Debris!

Thirty-six.
This time, I am not upgrading just one piece of equipment.
I want to turn my armor, my sword, and all my everyday tools into Netherite.
Reaching Thirty-Six Ancient Debris
The long mining job continued from the five pieces I brought home last time.
Whenever I found Ancient Debris buried inside the Netherrack, I mined it with my diamond pickaxe.

Every discovery felt good, but I needed thirty-six pieces in total.
It was a long way to go.
Finally, all thirty-six pieces were together in my inventory.

Last time, I was celebrating five pieces. Now there are thirty-six.
This suited man has done a great deal of digging.
From Thirty-Six Scraps to Nine Ingots
Ancient Debris cannot be used on equipment as it is.
First, I smelted it in a furnace.

The result was thirty-six Netherite Scraps.

I combined the scraps with gold ingots to make Netherite Ingots.
That gave me nine.

Four pieces of armor, followed by a sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, and hoe.
Nine ingots are exactly enough for those nine upgrades.
Java Edition also requires a Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template for every item, and each template is consumed when it is used.
One existing template, seven diamonds, and one Netherrack produce two templates.
In other words, the supply grows only one template at a time.
My diamonds disappeared very quickly.
Even so, I prepared the nine templates I needed.

After coming this far, there was no turning back.
Upgrading My Full Armor Set and Five Tools
Using the ingots and templates, I upgraded four armor pieces and five tools one by one.
Here is the finished inventory.

Helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots.
Then the sword, pickaxe, axe, shovel, and hoe.
Nine pieces in all, each with a purple enchantment glint.
The five tools look like this when placed together.

Now I can mine, build, and even work in the fields with Netherite tools.
Netherite equipment does not burn when dropped into fire or lava.
Unfortunately, the suited man wearing it can still take lava damage.
This is my first full Netherite set since then.
In the Java Edition world of Season 3, I have also upgraded all five of my basic tools.

The suited man looks remarkably strong now.
I only need to make sure I do not jump into lava again simply because my equipment looks impressive.
Next, I would like to take this Netherite equipment somewhere dangerous that I have not yet explored.
That is all for this time.
Greetings.
