In Episode 78, I found Elytra on an End Ship.
This time, I travel from the desert to the sea to build a creeper farm above the water.
I begin with a pier and a tall tower, then prepare a place to wait.
The first level starts working, and at last I see the completed three-level farm and open the collection chest for the gunpowder that has arrived.
From the desert to a tower above the sea
With the desert dunes behind me, I get ready to head for the sea.
Even before leaving, I feel a little nervous about the work that will begin above the water.
As I head into the blue sky, the Elytra are spread wide behind me.
I fly straight toward the sea.
After landing on the sand, the sea opens out ahead of me.
The work above the water begins from this shore.
A narrow pier stretches straight into the night sea.
As I walk above the water, the tall tower comes gradually closer.
At the top of the tower, the beach and sea look very far away.
Here, I prepare a place to wait before building the first level.
From the first level to the three-level farm
Behind the glass, I can see soul campfires and the hoppers below them.
This is one moment from when I first saw the processing layer begin to work.
Standing on the broad roof makes me feel how far out into the sea I have come.
Looking down is a little frightening, but climbing this high feels worthwhile.
There it is!
The three circular levels are clearly stacked above the sea.
From above, the farm is much larger than I had imagined.
Inside the farm, creepers stand on the floor while a water channel reaches toward the center.
Seeing the channel continue toward the lower processing layer shows me how the structure is connected.
Above me, trapdoors line the ceiling.
With creepers at my feet, the inside feels busier than I expected.
I take a picture with creepers behind me.
This is not a place for fighting, but it is still hard to relax when they are so close.
327 gunpowder in the collection chest
When I open the collection chest, I find 327 gunpowder inside.
One bone and one arrow have arrived as well, but the long row of gunpowder is the main sight this time.
The work that began from a tall tower above the sea has led to a three-level creeper farm and this chest.
Looking at so much gunpowder already makes me wonder where I should fly next.
