Greetings.
I am a man in a suit who has fallen into the world of Minecraft.
Last time, I brought Blaze Rods home from a Nether Fortress.
The Nether is still frightening.
That is exactly why I need to prepare first.
This time, I make potions in the village before heading back into the Nether.
My goal is a great blackstone structure.
A Bastion Remnant.
Taking Night Vision Into the Dark Nether
First, I went into a room in the village warehouse.

Brewing stands, a cauldron, and barrels.
At last, I have a room where I can make potions.
Using the Nether Wart I found in the Nether Fortress, I made a Potion of Night Vision.

It is ready.
Being able to see in dark places already makes me feel much calmer.
With the potion in hand, I went to the village portal.

Last time, I lost everything in the Nether.
This time, I brought a Potion of Night Vision and a golden helmet as well.
I prepared.
Now I only need to avoid getting carried away.
That may be the difficult part.
I entered the Nether and crossed a Soul Sand Valley.

The ground slows me down.
It is dark everywhere.
There is a Ghast in the distance.
This is the moment to drink the potion.

I can see.
That alone makes me feel as if I can keep going.
Perhaps I only feel that way.
A Blackstone Wall Beyond the Valley
Across the valley, I saw a dark wall I had never seen before.

What is that?
Could it be a Bastion Remnant?
It has a very different atmosphere from a Nether Fortress.
Blackstone walls and a huge cavern. It looks like the sort of place where something will appear at any moment.
I made it to the entrance.
Here, I changed into my golden helmet.

I had heard that wearing one piece of gold gear makes ordinary Piglins less likely to attack.
Only the helmet is gold, which is a slightly strange outfit.
But in the Nether, safety matters more than appearances.
Inside a large chest, I found something unexpected.

A Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template.
And Ancient Debris, too.
I have found something remarkable.

Last time, I found Blaze Rods.
This time, a Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template.
Every trip into the Nether gives me another thing I want to bring home.
Bartering With Piglins, and a Piglin Brute Lesson
There were Piglins in the Bastion Remnant as well.

Perhaps because of the golden helmet, the ordinary Piglins simply watched me.
They were very close.
Still, that was much better than being attacked immediately.
I offered one of them a gold ingot.

Bartering.
When I give a Piglin gold, it gives something back.
The Nether has exchanges like this, too.
For a moment, I felt as if we had become a little friendlier.
But not everyone here was peaceful.

A Piglin Brute.
The golden helmet does not work on this one.
I raised my bow, but it was dangerous to let it get close.
And it got me once.
Treating it as if it were an ordinary Piglin was my mistake.
I pulled myself together, kept my distance from the Brute, and headed for the way home.

Seeing the purple portal makes me feel relieved.
I want to bring the Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template and Ancient Debris back to the village first.
Back home, they went into the chest for Nether materials.

The Netherite Upgrade Smithing Template.
Ancient Debris.
The materials I found in the Nether are safely stored in the warehouse.
Maybe next time, I can make Netherite gear.
But the Bastion Remnant still had many frightening inhabitants.
Next time, I want to look farther into the Nether, a little more carefully.
That is all for this time.
Greetings.
