Greetings.
I am a man in a suit who has fallen into the world of Minecraft.

Last time, the Ghastling named Shiro grew into a Happy Ghast. After fitting Shiro with a harness, we took our first flight over the castle town.

Once we could fly, the next thing I wanted to try was carrying cargo.

This time, I will suspend a chest boat filled with building materials beneath Shiro and open an air cargo route over the castle town.

Loading Building Materials Into a Chest Boat

I prepared a chest boat in the plaza beside the castle town fountain.

Shiro was waiting nearby.

The cargo for this trip was 64 cobblestone, 32 tuff bricks, and 16 oak logs.

I opened the chest boat and loaded all three types of building material inside.

The cargo was ready.

Rather than carrying a chest through the air, we were going to move the entire boat. That made this experiment especially interesting.

One Lead Becomes a Four-Point Suspension

First, I attached a lead to the chest boat.

Next, I used the lead on Shiro while sneaking…

The boat rose beneath Shiro!

I used only one lead, but it appeared as four lines supporting the boat from its corners.

The official information for Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.6 also explains that boats and chest boats can be connected to a Happy Ghast with a special four-point lead attachment by using sneak.

With the cargo hanging below that large white body, Shiro looked like a flying delivery service.

Flying Cargo Over the Castle Town

Everything was ready, so I climbed onto Shiro and began to rise.

The chest boat followed beneath us.

It looked even more like an air cargo service once the boat was hanging high above the ground.

From a short distance away, I could clearly see Shiro and the cargo below.

This was a proper airlift!

We carried the boat and its building materials above the castle town without worrying about roads or changes in ground level.

Checking the Cargo After Landing

After flying over the town, we returned to the ground.

The chest boat we had suspended beneath Shiro arrived with us.

I opened it right away to see what had happened to the cargo.

There were still 64 cobblestone, 32 tuff bricks, and 16 oak logs inside.

Everything I had loaded remained in place after the flight.

Finally, I unloaded the building materials from the chest boat.

The delivery was complete.

This time, Shiro carried a chest boat loaded with building materials through the sky above the castle town.

The cargo was unchanged after landing, and I was able to unload everything safely.

OjiCra’s air cargo route is now open!

Next, I would like to build a proper landing area where Shiro and the cargo can arrive.

That is all for this time.
Greetings.
